What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times are estimated between 9 and 14 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your package via our ''Track my order'' page or through the carrier's website.
What to do if my order does not arrive on time?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact our customer service at contact@myhygicare.com. We will check with the carrier and keep you informed.
Return
How to make a return?
To make a return, please follow the steps outlined in the section ''Return Procedure'' of our Return Policy. Report your return by email to contact@myhygicare.com with your order number.
What items can be returned?
To be eligible for return, items must be in perfect condition or show minimal signs of use, complete with their accessories, tags, and in their original packaging. Please refer to the list of non-eligible products in our Return Policy.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs, including shipping and the return label, are the responsibility of the customer. In case of a defective or non-compliant item, please contact us to find a suitable solution.
What to do if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at contact@myhygicare.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will help you arrange a return or replacement.
Refunds
How long does a refund take after a return?
Approved refunds are initiated within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items. Please note that banks or card issuers may take up to 10 additional business days to finalize the transaction.
How will I be informed of the approval of my refund?
Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
What to do if I haven't received my refund after 14 days?
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first contact your bank or card issuer to check. If the problem persists, write to us at contact@myhygicare.com.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us quickly at contact@myhygicare.com to request a modification or cancellation. Once shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
What to do if I provided a wrong delivery address?
If you made a mistake in the delivery address, please write to us immediately at contact@myhygicare.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will correct the address. Otherwise, it will be sent to the original address.

Can I get assistance outside of business hours?
Our customer service can be reached by email. We are committed to responding to your requests as quickly as possible, even outside of business hours. For the delivery address, please write to us immediately at contact@myhygicare.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will correct the address. Otherwise, it will be sent to the original address.
