Cumulative offers : Promotional offers are cumulative with each other, unless otherwise stated. In this case, they can be combined with other benefits or discounts.

Promo code : Only one promo code can be applied per order, except for the offers applied automatically, which can be added to the ongoing benefits.

Validity of offers Each offer is time-limited or until stocks run out. Be sure to check the specific conditions indicated for each promotion.

Review of offers MyHygiCare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or replace any promotional offer without prior notice.

 

4. Use of promotional codes

To take advantage of an offer, enter the promo code (if required) in the designated field during the checkout process.

The offers applied automatically do not require any code and are added directly based on eligibility conditions (such as the cart amount).

The offers apply only to the total amount of the cart excluding delivery charges.

If your cart no longer meets the conditions of an offer (for example, due to a return or an applied promo code), the benefit will be adjusted accordingly.

 

5. Returns and promotional offers

The products offered or benefiting from a discount as part of a promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of defects or damage upon delivery.

In the case of a partial return of the order, the promotional benefits will be recalculated according to the new cart conditions.

The automatically applied offers will be adjusted if the initial conditions are no longer met after the return of an item.
